Actually, there are scientists, entrepreneurs, judges, overqualified, professor, fighter pilot and much more…The empowerment of Arab women is continuing to develop slowly. Therefore, over the two past, there has been an important gradual development in the Arab World.
Lubna bint Khalid bin Sultan Al Qasimi is one of those women who contributes to the development in the Arab World. She took the first place among the 100 most powerful arab women. Also, she holds the distinction of being the first woman holding a ministerial post in the United Arab Emirates. She is the Minister of International Cooperation and Development of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with a lot of qualifications and awards.
When women are determined to reach a certain goal or to realize a dream, they work hard and find all the ways to reach and realize it. That is the case of Mariam Al Mansouri, the first female fighter pilot of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). She was one of the first women to join the United Arab Emirates Air Force (UAEAF) academy after women were allowed to join. This 35 years old woman is called “fully qualified, highly trained, combat-ready pilot and wing leader” by Al Otaiba. Besides, she plays an important role model for women in Arab states.
Women as men in Arabic country use their talents, their creativity and their intelligent to contribute to their society. Side by side, women and men combine and maximize their strength, skills and their potential for the development of their country.
